Breakfast is served here using local and organic produce as much as possible.
Start the day by sampling a bowl of piping hot porridge made with locally milled
organic oats and served with Scottish heather honey or Canadian maple syrup.Enjoy a selection of fresh seasonal fruit and
a variety of stewed fruits.
There are various options for your cooked choice from a full Scottish
breakfast using Fifeshire bacon and sausages, and local free range eggs, to a weight watchers and a continental with a selection
of meats, cheeses, organic yogurt and pastries. Or try warm croissants or bagels topped with creamy scrambled eggs served
with Scottish smoked salmon . Home made conserves; muffins and pancakes also feature on the menu.
Breakfast is served between 8.15 - 9am. Sundays between 8.45 - 9.30am.
Special diets are catered for, and
early breakfasts can be arranged.
